How It Works

Program Components

Street Outreach & Engagement

Trained advocates go directly into high-risk neighborhoods to build trust, provide resources, and create pathways away from violence.

One-on-One Mentorship

Each participant is matched with a trained community mentor who provides consistent guidance, accountability, and support.

Crisis Intervention

Real-time conflict mediation and de-escalation by certified violence interrupters — stopping retaliation before it starts.

Trauma-Informed Care

Family support services and referrals to licensed mental health professionals for survivors and grieving families.

Resource Navigation

Connections to housing, employment, education, and mental health resources — removing the barriers that fuel the cycle.

Community Events & Peace Rallies

Regular community gatherings that build neighborhood solidarity, celebrate life, and reinforce the culture of peace.
